We packed up and headed to the great city of Nashville while we were on our trip. I have so much family in Tennessee that we really wanted to go visit everyone. We started by seeing my Grandaddy (who is Emma & McGinnis' GREAT-Grandaddy) and my dad's sister and brother in law. Here are a few pictures of that visit.
Emma and Uncle Rick giving a concert!So then, we headed over to my Aunt Beth, Uncle Kevin and Cousin Abby's house to see my mom's side of the family. We ate lunch (and got a few great recipes from Aunt Beth!) and got to visit with everyone, including Beth's dogs. McGinnis wasn't sure about Rhett (the irish wolfhound) at first, but they became friends. You can't blame poor McGinnis -- the adorable Rhett is huge and is still not full grown. He is absolutely adorable! Here are some more pictures:
